Maize has always been a crop that responds well to row fertilizations. For decades NP fertilizers have been applied in the row during sowing, on all types of soil. The composition of these row fertilizers has changed throughout the years. On the one hand the statutory requirements have laid down restrictions on how much phosphate can be applied and on the other hand, continuous research has brought new insights that played a part in the increased use of boron and sulphur. The quantity and composition of the fertilizer dose has also changed throughout the years making it necessary to continuously adjust the composition of maize fertilizers.
Maismaster is a complete range of maize fertilizers for the application in the row during sowing. Maismaster fertilizers have been composed to meet the latest technical and regulatory requirements and the demand we make on modern maize fertilizers. Besides nitrogen (and phosphate) Maismaster also contains boron and sulphur. For every type of soil Pw number and dose there is a suitable maismaster fertilizer.
Row fertilizers for maize are applied 5cm next to and 5cm under the seed. This application makes it possible to add 30kg of nitrogen. The quantity of phosphate is not limited here.
